Role:
This role operates as both a Controller and a Business partner, capable of strengthening governance while actively supporting business growth. The incumbent is expected to function as a trusted advisor to both finance and business leadership teams across regional offices.
About the Role
The Role is based in Singapore and will involve Global Travel - 25%.
Responsibilities
- Regional Controller
- Oversee the finance operations across all regional offices in line with Group policies, standards, and reporting frameworks.
- Lead the preparation and coordination of management accounts, MIS reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes as per the calendar.
- Budget, Monitor and manage key working capital components including inventory, receivables, and payables to ensure adherence.
- Finance Business Partnering
- Partner with regional business leaders to provide financial insights, decision support and challenge business assumptions to improve cost efficiency, profitability, and resource allocation.
- Translate financial data into actionable insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes in collaboration with business teams.
- Investment Analysis & Strategic Finance Support
- Conduct financial evaluation of business acquisition targets, due diligence.
- Assess feasibility, ROI, risk, and strategic alignment of expansion and growth opportunities.
Desired Qualifications
Accounting Degree with an MBA
