Finance Business Analyst

Job Description:
The Finance Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing business processes, designing system improvements, and supporting the integration of the organization's business model with technology. This role involves assessing the current state, identifying customer and business requirements, defining future-state solutions, and supporting implementation. The analyst is expected to work independently, serve as a subject matter expert, and actively contribute to team discussions to resolve work-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
. Analyze business processes and propose system and workflow improvements.
. Assess current business models and evaluate integration with technology solutions.
. Gather, research, and synthesize information to support business and system enhancements.
. Facilitate workshops to collect requirements and encourage stakeholder collaboration.
. Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and project deliverables.
. Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
. Develop visual process representations to improve clarity and communication.
. Actively contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to business challenges.
. Continuously update knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements:
. Expert proficiency in Adaptive Planning (mandatory).
. Advanced proficiency in Workday Workforce Planning (preferred).
. Advanced proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting (preferred).
. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
. Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
