The company has been around for almost a decade. 20 headcount in Singapore. This role is fully remote but there is a physical office in Singapore. You will be reporting to the Finance Director. 21 days of AL but note, no insurance provided.

You will join a global finance team to manage core operations and bookkeeping processes within a fast-paced and high-growth environment.

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and cash management across various international entities and currencies.

• Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining a deep understanding of underlying business activities.

• Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations across different regions to ensure financial integrity.

• Support the month-end close process and assist in improving reporting timelines and accuracy.

• Review and validate financial data to ensure documentation is organized and audit-ready.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or finance operations.

• Proven experience managing accounts across multiple entities and foreign currencies.

• Proficiency in using Tier-1 ERP or cloud-based accounting systems.

• Strong technical confidence and a proactive approach to financial problem-solving.

• Exceptional attention to detail within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
