Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to support and coordinate fund accounting processes, including NAV computation, expense accruals, and capital activity tracking support of our growing investment management business. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in fund operations, financial reporting, and process management. You will work closely with senior management and external service providers to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across all financial and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in financial analysis, portfolio performance tracking, and management reporting
  • Assist to prepare investment reports, presentations, and supporting materials for internal and client use
  • Maintain and update financial models, dashboards, and databases
  • Support operational processes including documentation, reconciliation, and coordination with service providers
  • Assist in process improvements and system automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting, fund operations, or finance (fresh graduates with strong internships will be considered)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
