Finance Associate

We are hiring a Finance Associate to support end-to-end treasury and finance operations across our multi-entity e-commerce business. The role requires strong coordination with external tax agents in the US and EU, as well as internal stakeholders across operations and finance, to ensure accurate and timely financial management across entities. You will be responsible for cash and banking operations, accurate transactional accounting across payables, receivables, inventory, and compliance obligations - giving you broad, hands-on exposure across a fast-scaling group structure.

Key Responsibilities:

•     Work closely with external agents to support treasury operations, including dividend processing, investment products and banking facility administration

•     Conduct research and data analysis to support treasury decisions as required

•     Monitor and maintain minimum bank balances across multiple entity accounts to ensure sufficient funds for daily operations, vendor payments, and tax deductions

•     Perform month-end closing activities for assigned entities

•     Work closely with operations and marketing teams to record, verify, and book invoices across assigned entities, ensuring accuracy of supporting documentation

•     Execute timely payments to vendors and suppliers across various banking platforms

•     Record accounts receivable from e-commerce platforms for assigned entities to ensure accurate revenue tracking and timely reconciliation of incoming payments

•     Perform monthly intercompany invoicing between group entities

•     Track purchase orders issued by the operations team and match them against airway bills, supplier invoices, and inventory receipts

•     Perform monthly inventory reconciliations across assigned entities

•     Coordinate with external tax agents to support US and EU tax compliance obligations for our foreign entity, including quarterly federal estimates and annual filings

•     Support improvements in finance reporting, payment tracking, and documentation accuracy

Who We're Looking For

•     Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline

•     1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role

•     Comfortable working across multi-entity or multi-currency environments

•     Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet recurring deadlines

•     Good communication skills for cross-functional and external stakeholder coordination

•     Prior exposure to e-commerce finance, treasury operations, or a similar high-growth environment is a plus

Salary Range: 3,000 SGD - 4,500 SGD
