JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support daily business operations while playing an active role in delivering quality client servicing across engagements
- Prepare polished client proposals, presentations, and reports that make a strong impression and support business development
- Coordinate with clients on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables to ensure expectations are clearly set and consistently met
- Attend client meetings and provide thorough administrative support including timely follow-ups and accurate documentation
- Monitor project progress and help uphold service standards and deadlines across all active client engagements
- Prepare clear meeting notes, reports, and internal updates that keep all teams informed and aligned
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth and seamless execution of client deliverables
- Manage client enquiries professionally across email, phone, and digital channels while actively contributing ideas to elevate the overall service experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in client management, operations, or business strategy
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
- Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced team setting
