Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and invoicing.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure smooth cash flow.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Taxation and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations, including GST and corporate tax filings.
- Assist with audits to ensure accurate and compliant financial records.
Budgeting and Analysis:
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide financial support to business units, including cost accounting and project budgeting.
Other Duties:
- Maintain and update company financial policies and internal control procedures.
- Support group-level financial consolidation and system optimization.
Requirements:
- Education and Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACCA, CPA, or CA certification is a strong advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant financial experience in Singapore.
- Familiarity with Singapore financial and tax regulations experience in the blockchain industry is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Language and Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus, especially for handling Chinese documents or cross-border transactions.
Personal Qualities:
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsible.
