JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support daily business operations while assisting in delivering quality client servicing
- Prepare client proposals, presentations and reports to support business engagements
- Coordinate with clients on project requirements, timelines and deliverables
- Attend client meetings and provide administrative support including follow-ups and documentation
- Monitor project progress and help ensure service standards and deadlines are maintained
- Prepare meeting notes, reports and internal updates to keep teams aligned
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables
- Manage client enquiries professionally via email, calls and digital communication channels while contributing ideas to improve service experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in client management, operations, or business strategy
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
- Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced team setting
