Responsibilities
- Support financial operations by managing daily transactions, preparing financial reports.
- Update financial spreadsheets daily to record transactions accurately for financial tracking
- Record accounts payable and receivable to manage company cash flow effectively
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely payments and collections
- Perform other ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as assigned by management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Work experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar finance role
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures to maintain accurate financial records
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify numerical errors and ensure data accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
