Job Description

This is a 6 months contract.

What You Will Do

Work with engineering team and vendor to obtain fixed assets confirmation list from assets located at vendor.
Work with engineering team and vendor to reconcile the assets at vendors place to the fixed assets register in SAP.
To work with the GBS India shared service team to clean up the fixed asset register in SAP.
To audit assets in house are being tagged physically
To clean up the in-house fixed assets management system to ensure all assets are tagged with pictures are uploaded to the system.
Standardize the fixed asset description and vendor location in the fixed asset register.
Any other related tasks.
