Finance/Asset Finance Paralegal (International Law Firm)

Our client is a UK law firm hiring a paralegal for their Finance or Asset Finance teams. They are looking for a vibrant paralegal who would like to develop their legal skills and grow together with the team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Drafting finance documents
• Supporting transaction closings and doing CP checklists
• Liaising with clients and ensuring timelines are adhered to
• Supporting the Partners and Associates

Requirements:

• It is essential that you are have experience with a law firm either with a banking or asset finance team
• It would be advantageous if you are legally trained, either with an LLB or Diploma in Law
• You have good communication skills and able to handle multiple ongoing deadlines.
• You are driven and committed to delivering excellent service to clients.
