Finance and Tax Product Manager

We are hiring Finance and Tax Product Manager with below requirements
10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on finance and tax-related projects.

. Experience in managing for medium-to-large complex project delivery, managing work delivered through multiple third parties delivery team. Should have good experience in delivering digital or custom solutions, integrating with package and/or SaaS enterprise solutions.

. Have experience with Workday Finance

. Preferred to have experience in managing multi-vendor environment and handling of BAU operations.

. Passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.

. Experience in delivering and having In-depth knowledge of financial systems

. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and excellent leadership and team management skills.

. Strong skills in user-centered design and Agile Delivery Methodologies

. Ability to adapt to various roles and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

. Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills ability to project manage and work with cross-functional teams, different stakeholders.

. Spearhead the Implementation, Delivery, and Maintenance of Finance and Tax systems & related projects.

. Facilitate the users product vision by researching conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.

. Manage BAU aspects of systems, including monitoring and maintaining the operational health of the core systems. Ensure all teams adhere to system availability, reliability, and performance meet defined service level agreements (SLAs).

. Work with and manage related vendor partners to deliver to the outcome.

. Identify improvement opportunities and align business requirements with current architecture.

. Act as a crucial bridge between business and technology delivery teams, driving both project delivery and day-to-day operations.

. Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

. Engage with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to drive solutions and resolve issues.

. Conduct user research and translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

. Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders in an agile environment.
