The Finance & Human Resources Manager will report directly to the Executive Director and provide finance, human resource and facility management support to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
. Oversee daily financial operations, including managing accounts, liaising with outsourced bookkeeping company, and preparing financial reports.
. Manage budget preparation, financial forecasting,and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
. Track donation received, issue tax deductible/non-tax-deductible receipts, and manage IRAS submission.
. Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and compensation planning.
. Administer HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management and training.
. Support employee engagement and ensure adherence to company policies and labour laws.
. Oversee facility management and ensure proper functioning of office infrastructure.
. Assist with general office duties and support Executive Director on administrative works.
. Perform other duties as required to support the team and organisation.
Job Requirement
. Diploma / Degree from an accredited institution
. Proven experience in both Finance and Human Resources
. Excellent attention to details
. Proficient in MS Office, Excel and HRM software
. Ability to work independently and as part of the team
