Job Description

Finance Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle monthly and yearly full set of accounts using the company's ERP system to comply with local regulation and group consolidation purpose.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and management reports.
  • Prepare supporting schedules and coordinate with local and group auditors/tax agents.
  • Liaise with corporate secretarial on routine company matters.
  • Any ad hoc duties as required.

HR Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll, employee records, work pass applications/renewals.
  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee claims and leave records.
  • Assist in hotel/flight bookings.
  • Any ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in full set accounts and HR.
  • Familiarity with Chinese accounting system is a bonus.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and commitment.
  • Able to work independently and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts).
