Responsibilities
Finance Department
Giving .sg and Shopify online donations
- Download Giving.sg Donation Report for counter staff to issue donation receipts.
- Update receipt and Tax deductible numbers for EF & WF in excel spreadsheet and submit to accountant.
- Download Shopify daily Donation Report for updating and tallied with daily receipts.
- Work with IT colleague and submit TDD receipts to i-shine cloud portal on quarterly basis.
Fixed assets
- Tagging Fixed Assets number on the FA.
- Update FA no. on monthly Fixed asset report and FA random check list for audit.
- Update and Walk through Fixed asset count sheet with SFM & Auditor during month end audit.
Yearly Task
- Work with IT Colleague and Upload Tax Deductible Donations of WF & EF to IShireCloud.
- Assist in annual WF Hong Bao Distribution.
- Assist all relevant finance admin & filing.
- Assist internet Banking & PayNow payment verifications, or task during absence of SFE.
Any other ad-hoc duty when is assigned by Finance HOD.
HR Department
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews).
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
Employee Records & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle HR-related queries and provide support to staff.
Payroll & Benefits
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Compliance & Policy
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Support audits and HR compliance checks.
Training & Development
- Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Any other ad-hoc duty when is assigned by HR HOD.
Entry Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance & Human Resource or related field.
- 2-3 years of Finance & HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Knowledge of HR practices and labour regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work on Saturdays.
- Able to commence work immediately is preferred.
