Job summary:
. Assist in maintaining a full set of accounts which including AR, AP, cash book, general ledger and bank reconciliation
. Prepare monthly accounting schedules, financial statements, month-end, and year-end reporting
. Assist in preparing and monitoring financial budgets, forecasts, and implementation of financial controls
. Liaise with external auditors for year-end audit
. Liaise with secretarial on the passing of company resolutions
. Liaise with bankers on updates on the change of authorised signatory and any compliance required by banks
. Handling government grants/claims as well as audit queries on these claims.
. Human Resources, Administrative and secretarial support to the team and superior
. Any other job assigned
Requirement:
. Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in maintaining a full set of accounts, Human Resources, and Administration
. Preferably with experience in using QuickBooks accounting software
. Good command of English will be an advantage
. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
. A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision
. Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel
. Able to commence work immediately will be an advantage
