· Building and monitoring actuals financial sets of the perimeter in charge
- Monitor monthly closing: Supervision of transactional accounting delivered by outsourcer, prepare journals of revenue recognition, cost accruals and other provisioning. Review and manage the cost base. Review balance sheet positions
- Provide monthly Reporting and performance dashboard, variance analysis, comprising financial and other non–financial KPIs (utilization and productivity).
- Involved in Cash and Net debt optimization with set up of cash drive actions and management of collections with DSO and overdue/wip ratio targets
- Ensure compliance to corporate accounting policies.
- Ensure compliance of statutory reporting with relevant regulations and handle yearly external audit. May be involved in tax related queries
· Finance Planning and Analysis
- Business partnering in portfolio analysis and business forecast.
- Driving of the budget exercises. Conduct rolling forecast. Presentations to Management may be requested.
· From Bidding to Delivery :
- Preparation and annual update of cost cards
- In bidding assisting in costing and verifying business case related financial working assumptions and financials
- In delivery: follow up project and business profitability. Work closely with Project managers and operations to ensure the quality of project data, identify and resolve issues and problems, to control efficiency and productivity.
· Tooling and working process: Adopt and run the systems and processes for accounting, consolidation, reporting and budgeting. (SAP environment, Hyperion environment)
· Leading ad-hoc project and Initiative that aim to improve finance performance, standardize working processes and tolling efficiency.
