Finance Analyst

About the Role

Our client is a rapidly scaling Web3 organization transforming how digital assets power the financial ecosystem. They have achieved over 20,000 BTC staked, more than US$2.6 billion in total value locked (TVL), and serve a global community of over 1 million users.

They are seeking a Finance Associate / Analyst to support their fast-growing financial operations. This role plays a critical part in transforming digital assets into yield-generating instruments and integrating them into the broader financial ecosystem - enabling sustainable growth, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections for strategic planning.
• Assist in cash flow analysis and capital allocation planning.
• Conduct financial analysis and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., HR, Operations, Product) and external partners to align financial goals with business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant finance experience, ideally in a technology company or fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency with financial software (e.g., Xero, Netsuite, QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with crypto/blockchain accounting is a plus.
• CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• English and Chinese language skills are required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
