Preparation of timely and accurate Retail P&Ls by store working with clusters to ensure precise sales and expenses are captured by store.
Liaise with clusters on a regular basis to provide necessary support on financial matters.
Provide analysis for new retail investment proposals and manage Capex request applications with relevant stakeholders in TR APAC and TR Global.
Elaborate ad hoc financial simulations
Business partnering with clusters to enable simulation of viability of proposals for promotions proposed by Key Account Managers.
Conduct post-mortem evaluation of the promotion's performance vs plan and communicate insights to Key Account Directors and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain a Central Promotions Schedule of all promotions and evaluation of results.
Monitor and review Overheads expenses, providing variance analysis on a quarterly basis, liaising with departments in charge.
Communicate quarterly results to clusters and department heads.
Co-ordinate the forecast process for overheads cost for TR APAC - ensure timely submission of data by relevant departments, consolidation, and presentation of results to management.
Maintain dynamic contract log and depository, ensuring completeness and ready access to all contracts with customers and vendors.
Active management of contract status working with Key Account Directors in each cluster.
Lead the co-ordination of TR contractual needs with Legal department.
Lead periodic credit coverage reviews to ensure all customers are at correct credit limit for projected business needs.
Managing COFACE applications working with Regional Treasury to ensure TR APAC credit needs are met.
Managing day-to-day order release and approval requirements when credit holds occur.
Working with Key Account Managers on specific customer overdues and payment issues.
Participate in strategic projects of TR APAC, providing support on Finance & Operations matters, including performing necessary financial simulations for management review.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a finance analyst / finance controller role in a multinational FMCG or luxury company
Good knowledge of current accounting and financial practices
Strong analytical skills - skillful at collecting and organizing data, logically interpreting it and making intelligent conclusions
Good presentation skills - ability to prepare and deliver clear and impactful presentations to senior management
Strong interpersonal skills - relates well to all kinds of people, builds constructive and effective relationship
