Finance Analyst

Based in Singapore, reporting to the Senior Business Controller, the incumbent will work in a highly collaborative environment to provide sound and solid support to the Business Control function of the APAC business. An exciting role for one who loves autonomy, comfortable working with large datasets, prepared to roll up sleeves and get hands dirty when required. Responsibilities:

• Overall support for Senior Business Controller on financial analysis and reporting functions
• Supports Middle Office in the daily reconciliation of executed derivatives trades with broker statements and confirmations as well as with Interfood internal IT systems
• Maintains accurate reporting of financial KPIs via data analytics tools such as Tableau
• Supports the preparation of monthly management reports utilising tools such as Powerpoint and Thinkcell applications
• Works on finance projects improving reporting capabilities of Tableau/JDE
• Collaborating with Finance counterparts in other Interfood Hubs to improve the data input collection process and implement best practices
• Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement, challenging and question status quo to drive fact/data-based decisions
• Works alongside commercial and supply chain teams in other ad hoc analysis as and when required

Your Profile:

• Bachelors in Accountancy / Finance / Business Administration
• At least 3-4 years of experience (if in Big 4 audit, preferably having gone through audits of Commodity trading companies)
• Strong in MS office skills
• Proficiency in creation of tableau report a plus
• Detail oriented
• Process driven
• Autonomous
