Finance & Investor Relations Manager

FinbotsAI is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager who will be responsible for managing the financial health of our organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with investors. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, specifically IFRS and tax regulations, as well as the ability to manage payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations and Policy Development:

Manage daily financial operations, support related queries, and participate in establishing and improving financial policies.

Accounting and Billing:

Handle all accounting entries for income, expenses, and journals.

Manage client billings, including timely issuance, follow-up, predictive invoicing, and tracking of receipts and outstanding payments.

Record expenses with proper documentation.

Account Reconciliation and Management:

Reconcile bank and cash accounts to ensure balanced books at all times, executing foreign exchange transactions as needed.

Maintain balanced and reconciled inter-company accounts.

Investor Relations:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors.

Coordinate investor meetings, prepare financial presentations, and ensure timely communication of financial information.

Collaborate with executive management to align investor relations strategies with business objectives.

Payroll & ESOP Management:

Oversee basic payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.

Ensure compliance with payroll-related laws and regulations.

Manage ESOP issuance, collaborate with external vendors to maintain records, and execute grant letters to employees.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and IFRS standards. Including Annual Statutory Audit - Conduct in compliance with the financial reporting standards

Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in book-keeping and financial management.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are advantageous.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Experience in managing investor relations and payroll processes.
