You will take the lead on all finance activities across the countries where MPL is active in the APAC region. From ensuring accurate and timely reporting to keeping full oversight of local financial compliance, you make sure everything runs smoothly. You will also oversee HR operations and processes, with a strong focus on aligning them with local practices and global standards.

You will be the key financial sparring partner for both local management and HQ. Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and audits are all part of your daily rhythm. On the HR side, you will help to build a positive and engaging employee lifecycle, taking care of recruitment & development needs and all local & global regulatory requirements. You will report directly to the Regional Director APAC and our CFO who is based in our HQ in Belgium. You will be working closely together with our CHRO and local Finance & HR teams.

Job Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior Finance role, ideally across multiple countries or entities.
• Strong knowledge of finance reporting standards (incl. IFRS).
• Experience in HR Management is a strong plus.
• You speak and write fluent English. Other regional languages are a plus.
• You work accurately, independently, and love to connect the financial dots.
• You combine strategic thinking with hands-on mentality.
• You are culturally aware and thrive in a fast-paced, international setting.
