We are looking for a motivated and analytical Finance & Development Analyst to support our financial planning, reporting, and business development functions. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and willingness to support operational needs across different locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Travel to different sites/locations to collect financial data and perform on-site financial analysis and reporting
- Support management in financial planning, performance tracking, and decision-making
- Monitor financial performance and highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities
- Assist in evaluating business development opportunities and investment proposals
- Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for operational efficiency improvement
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in ad-hoc financial and business analysis projects as required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are welcome)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Good understanding of accounting and financial principles
- Willingness to travel for work-related assignments
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, or financial modelling
- Exposure to operations or multi-site reporting environments is an advantage
