The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and digitally-savvy Finance & Corporate Operations Manager to lead our Engine Room. You will oversee the delivery of corporate secretarial, tax compliance, and immigration services, ensuring 100% compliance while maintaining our signature rapid response rate. You will be the central pivot between our front-end consultants and back-end execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial & Tax Management (Million Software)

  • Portfolio Oversight: Review and manage financial statements, GST filings, and Corporate Tax (Form C-S/C) for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.

  • Internal Finance: Handle ALG's group-level accounting, including AP/AR, cash flow management, and performance-based incentive calculations using Million Accounting Software.

  • Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors and ensure all ledgers exported from Million are accurate and audit-ready.

2. Operational & CRM Management (Zoho CRM)

  • Process Optimization: Serve as the administrator for Zoho CRM, monitoring the lifecycle of 200+ corporate clients and 60+ annual EP/PR cases.

  • Deadline Control: Set up automated workflows in Zoho to ensure zero-delay in ACRA Annual Returns and MOM permit renewals.

  • Client Success: Maintain high-standard digital files for key corporate clients, ensuring data integrity and real-time status updates.

3. Corporate Secretarial & MOM Compliance

  • License Maintenance: Ensure ALG remains compliant with ACRA (FA) and MOM (EA) regulations.

  • Immigration Ops: Oversee the preparation and submission of Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and PR applications.

  • KYC/AML: Perform due diligence on new clients in accordance with Singapore regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in a Singapore-based Corporate Secretarial firm, CPA firm, or professional service agency.

  • Software Skills (Mandatory): . Proficiency in Million Accounting Software.

    • Strong experience in Zoho CRM or similar cloud-based CRM systems.

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), Companies Act, and MOM Work Pass framework.

  • Languages: Excellent bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking corporate clients and draft English legal resolutions).

  • Mindset: A Problem Solver with a high attention to detail and a passion for digital efficiency.
