Finance & Compliance Officer, Fund Management Platform (Singapore)

A growing fund management platform is seeking a Finance & Compliance Officer to support a portfolio of investment managers and their investment funds.

This role offers broad exposure across fund operations, finance, governance, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with fund managers, investors, external fund administrators, auditors, and service providers, you will play a key role in supporting the establishment, operation, and ongoing management of investment funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support finance, operations, and compliance activities for a portfolio of fund managers.
• Support with trade reconciliations and monitor investment-related transactions.
• Review NAVs, financial statements, capital calls, and distributions prepared by external fund administrators.
• Review fund expenses, invoices, reimbursements, and payment processes.
• Maintain fund documentation, investor records, and compliance registers.
• Coordinate investor onboarding, KYC, AML, and regulatory documentation.
• Support external audits, statutory reporting, and ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Monitor compliance obligations for both fund manager and fund entities.
• Liaise with fund managers, administrators, auditors, legal advisers, and other service providers.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Fund Operations, Fund Accounting, Finance, Compliance, or Asset Management.
• Good understanding of investment fund structures and operational workflows.
• Experience reviewing NAVs, financial statements, capital calls, or fund reporting would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with investor onboarding, AML/KYC, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
