About the Role

We are looking for a numerically adept, tech-savvy, and highly proactive Finance & Business Operations Associate to join our team. Reporting directly to the Finance Leadership, you will play a critical role in streamlining and accelerating processes across finance, sales, business growth, and operations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a methodical problem-solving approach, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Finance

  • Collaborate with the Finance team to improve the efficiency of key financial processes.
  • Support Finance Leadership in managing vendor relationships and payments.
  • Liaise with corporate secretaries, auditors, and tax vendors to assist CXOs and the Board.
  • Prepare accurate, timely reports to inform strategic management decisions.
  • Oversee systems related to talent management and staff benefits.

Business Operations

  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management to:
  • Manage operational aspects of key accounts, including deal management, invoicing, and commission tracking.
  • Oversee end-to-end operations for house accounts.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, leave systems, and staff insurance.
  • Oversee employment pass applications.

Culture and Engagement

  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture by organizing engaging social events, including town halls, monthly birthday celebrations, and team-building activities.

About You

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in finance, business operations, or a related field.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (preferred).

Skills & Attributes

  • Tech-savvy with strong commercial awareness.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, including concise writing and presentation abilities.
  • A collaborative team player who works effectively across all organizational levels.
  • A self-starter with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in a fintech company or high-growth startup is a plus.
