Job Description

SPD Ltd. is seeking a meticulous and committed Finance & Admin Executive to support the financial and administrative functions of the Supported Employment Programme. This role is integral to ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth operational support for SPD Ltd.s Enclave Projects, a key initiative that creates inclusive employment opportunities for persons with disabilities.

The incumbent will work closely with external enclave teams, corporate partners, schools, vendors, as well as colleagues from Finance and Procurement departments, to ensure that financial processes are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.

JOB SCOPE/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance Functions

  • Prepare and maintain accurate monthly and annual financial accounts for management reporting and audit purposes.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions for the programme, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, claims, and financial transactions.
  • Maintain proper financial documentation and records in compliance with audit requirements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties (e.g. auditors, vendors, partners) on finance-related matters.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support for SPD Ltd.s School Canteen Enclave Project
  • Coordinate procurement processes, including sourcing, purchase orders, and vendor management for all projects under the Programme.
  • Maintain organised filing systems and documentation for finance and operations.
  • Support general administrative duties related to programme operations.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with enclave teams, schools, corporate partners, vendors, Finance and Procurement colleagues to ensure smooth financial and administrative workflows.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting programme-related financial data where required.

JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENTS

  • At least GCE A Level/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance and administrative roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite of software.
  • Good attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in social service, non-profit, or programme-based environments preferred but not a must
  • Familiarity with finance and audit processes
  • Passion for supporting inclusive employment and social impact initiatives
