JOB SCOPES: Strategic Planning and Execution:
Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to enhance financial aid processes and elevate service delivery.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for ongoing enhancements in financial aid programs.
Process Enhancement:
Evaluate and refine existing financial aid processes, deploying innovative strategies to boost efficiency.
Lead initiatives to update SOPs and improve system functionalities.
Change Management:
Implement policy and procedural changes, ensuring seamless integration.
Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication and training plans.
Team Leadership:
Oversee and mentor financial aid staff, fostering a customer-focused approach.
Address escalated cases, working towards satisfactory outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Coordinate communications with students, faculty, staff, and partner organizations.
Provide guidance to stakeholders in interpreting financial aid policies and regulations.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Generate and analyze operational reports, leveraging data to identify trends and drive decisions.
Apply data analytics to optimize the efficiency of financial aid processes.

Singaporean (s) only.
Minimally 5 to 8 years of experience in administration, finance and customer facing environment with 2 years in a supervisory role.
