Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting & Record Management
. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
. Analyze financial data and highlight key trends or discrepancies
. Submit financial reports to the Director for review
. Consolidate year-end financial statements for salary adjustments and bonus reviews
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
. Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, receipts, and tax records
. Identify, investigate, and resolve any accounting discrepancies
2. Statutory Compliance & Reporting
. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
. Prepare and submit statutory filings (e.g, GST, IR8A) accurately and on time
. Maintain proper documentation for audit and regulatory purposes
3. Payroll & Employee-Related Administration
. Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
. Track and maintain employees leave records
. Compute salary payments in lieu for employees going on home leave, marriage leave etc
. Support year-end payroll reporting and tax submissions
4. General Finance Administration
. Assist in improving financial processes and internal controls
. Support audits and provide required financial documentation
. Perform any other ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned
5. Requirement
. Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
. Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and statutory requirements
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
. Experience with Info-Tech software will be an advantage
