Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Singapore for a Finance & Administrative Assistant / Executive depending on experience.
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day finance & administrative tasks such as managing billing processes, assisting with invoicing, maintaining financial records
- Ensuring accuracy in documentation
- Provide administrative support to ensure seamless office operations
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams to meet organizational objectives
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Administrative Processes and experience in Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in handling Billing Processes and Invoicing
- Familiarity with basic Finance concepts and practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel) and familiarity with accounting software
- Experience in the automotive or mobility sector is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus
