Role Description

This is a full-time role, based in Singapore with opportunities for hybrid work. Exciting opportunity to join one of the world's fastest-growing Fintech companies, a company that values innovation and initiative, in a role that blends structure, problem solving and growth.

  • Support with the end-to-end funding activities: prepare and process loans with accuracy.
  • Maintain financial records; quickly identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Produce and analyse operational reports using advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookup formulas, basic macros) to highlight trends and risks.
  • Drive small automation and process improvements (templates, validations, scripts) that reduce manual errors and save time.

Must-Haves:

  • Collaborative and eager to learn.
  • Keen to find new ways of doing things - we don't want a robot!
  • Action-oriented and adaptable.
  • Good experience in administration and operational support.
  • An understanding of finance (1-2 years of experience in reconcilations, payments, commission calculations)
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, familiarity with basic macros or automation concepts)
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with loan/payment operations, commissions systems, or reconciliations in a high-volume environment.
