As we scale towards becoming a leading luxury bridal group in the region, we are looking for a highly meticulous, proactive and accountable Finance & Admin Senior Executive to strengthen our operational backbone and support the next stage of growth.
The Role
This is not a traditional back-office admin role.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, operationally sharp and financially meticulous — someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury service environment and takes ownership over both financial accuracy and administrative excellence.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day finance operations, accurate reporting, payment tracking, operational coordination and process enforcement across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Finance Operations
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts and payment records accurately
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on pending payments
- Track security deposits, refunds and payment schedules
- Reconcile daily sales and payment collections
- Assist with payroll preparation and commission calculations
- Process supplier invoices and vendor payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Support monthly finance reporting and budgeting processes
- Assist in identifying discrepancies, operational leakages and financial inaccuracies
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage company documentation, contracts and internal records
- Coordinate HR administrative matters such as leave, onboarding and claims
- Ensure proper filing and organization of operational documents
- Assist with internal process coordination between departments
- Support inventory, purchasing and operational documentation where required
- Coordinate with external vendors, accountants and service providers
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare weekly operational and finance reports
- Maintain KPI tracking dashboards and reporting accuracy
- Help improve workflows and administrative systems
- Ensure SOP compliance and proper documentation practices
- Identify areas for operational improvement and process optimization

Preferred Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in finance, admin or operations support roles
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, bridal, beauty or service industries is a plus
- Familiarity with accounting systems such as Zoho Books is advantageous
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
- Experience supporting operational reporting and process coordination is preferrence
