We are seeking a responsible and organised Finance & Admin Executive to support finance operations, administrative coordination, and provide executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Finance & Accounting Support
Assist with day-to-day finance and administrative operations
Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in accounting systems
Assist with bank reconciliations and preparation of financial documentation
Support month-end closing processes and audit preparation
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors regarding billing and payment matters
Executive & Administrative Support
Provide administrative and coordination support to senior management
Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event scheduling
Handle confidential information and documentation with discretion
Provide coordination support for senior management schedules and related arrangements when required
General Office Support
Maintain organised records and documentation
Support general office administration and operational activities
Perform other finance or administrative duties assigned by management
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Relevant work experience may also be considered
Prior experience in finance, administrative, or executive support roles is advantageous
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
Experience with accounting software will be an advantage
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Demonstrates sound judgement, initiative, and problem-solving ability in daily work tasks
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally
Experience supporting senior management in administrative or coordination roles
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage administrative tasks
