Job Description

Daily Finance Operations:

  • In charge of the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Process and submission of claims like Medisave and insurance claims to the online portal
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports as per requirement of Management.
  • Support the Finance Manager in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist and support the Finance Manager in the annual forecast and budgeting projection.
  • Any other ad-hoc project assigned by the Superior and Management.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and filing systems.
  • Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager, including scheduling meetings and preparing correspondence.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - MSWord and Excel
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Possess a professional demeanor and conduct with integrity and respect towards all patients, colleagues and other parties
  • Demonstrate patience and approachability while assisting patients and handling challenging situations effectively
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to interact with patients, colleagues and other parties
  • Display adaptability and flexibility to work efficiently in diverse settings with changing demands and schedules
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with positive work attitude and strong commitment towards service excellence
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
  • Ability to work in a team and a fast-paced environment
