Job Summary
Join Arthesdam Jewellery as a Finance Admin Executive to support finance operations by managing financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with reporting to drive accurate and efficient financial management.
Responsibilities
- Process and maintain financial documents, invoices, receipts, and payment records with accuracy to ensure reliable financial data
- Support accounts payable and receivable by performing data entry and reconciling transactions to maintain balanced accounts
- Prepare and organise financial reports and statements for management review to facilitate informed decision-making
- Manage filing systems to archive and retrieve financial documentation efficiently
- Assist with tracking expenses, reimbursements, and monitoring budgets to support financial control
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate communication across departments to enhance team collaboration
- Support banking transactions and liaise with financial institutions to ensure smooth financial operations
- Perform general administrative duties including correspondence and data management to maintain office coordination
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with financial regulations and data protection standards to safeguard sensitive information
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software or financial management systems
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with finance teams and other departments
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, or finance administration
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures and seeking guidance when necessary
- Reliability, integrity, and commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of financial information
- Relevant administrative or finance-related qualification or certification is advantageous
- Prior experience in an administrative or finance support role in a similar industry with a relevant diploma or degree is preferred
