Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and customer service-oriented individual to join our Finance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Ensuring accuracy in performing transactions through audit checks and ad-hoc checks.
Providing support for finance and related administrative functions.
Handling phone/email enquiries regarding outstanding invoices or other matters.
Communicating and collaborating with internal colleagues through email, phone calls, or meetings.
Scheduling meetings to review work progress with Finance colleagues.
Performing any other duties as assigned.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Requirements:
Minimum O level qualification
At least 2 years of working experience (experience in an office environment or customer service-related work preferred). Familiar with MS Excel and MS Word.
Meticulous and customer service-oriented.
