We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented Accounts/Finance Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts and overseeing the company's financial operations, while leading and guiding the existing finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting.
You will work closely with management to support day-to-day operations and drive improvements in financial processes.

Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely deliverables
Review team members work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards
Oversee full set of accounts, including month-end closing, posting of journals (accruals, provisions, deferrals, reclassifications), and balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare and review monthly financial reports, management reports, group reporting, and cash flow forecasts
Perform variance analysis and monitor cost accruals/provisions to support financial control
Ensure compliance with company policies, Singapore accounting standards (SFRS), and statutory requirements
Oversee tax compliance matters including GST, Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax, and Transfer Pricing
Prepare and provide required information to tax agents for tax computation and filing
Manage the full audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and liaising with auditors
Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities
Work closely with internal departments to ensure proper financial reporting, controls, and coordination (e.g. stocktake, cost tracking)
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in collaboration with management
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, internal controls, and SOPs to enhance efficiency
Support ad-hoc projects such as system implementation and process improvements
Oversee calculation of sales incentives and coordinate with HR for payroll submission
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Certified qualified accountant (e.g. CA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a full set / all-rounded accounting function, with prior team leadership or supervisory experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with SAP system will be an added advantage
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
