Job Responsibilities :
. Responsible for all FQA activities.
. Ensure all inspectors are trained on visual and electrical audit.
. Send out weekly daily / Monthly LAR report and RMA buy off report.
. Prepare New Products Inspection (NPI) and update ECN for FQA check listplate.
. Issue non-conformance material report (NCMR) and corrective action request (CAR) for any non conformance and monitor closure.
. Ensure inspectors follow all instructions and procedures.
. To ensure that all Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and Box Build assembly meet Customer requirement.
. To lead a team of QA leader and inspector to Ensure that all Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) are inspected per requirement before shipment.
. To be Responsible for the overall function of the Final Quality Assurance (FQA) activities for the 3 shifts in the plant.
. Review non-conformance and feedback to Quality Engineer (QE) for disposition.
. Maintaining discipline and morale of the workforce as well as provide coaching and counseling.
. Maintain a high standard of Ensure 5S housekeeping.
. Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
. Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Electronics / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
. Minimum 2 years experience in the manufacturing environment as Quality Engineering Assistant / Engineer or in related field, especially in EMS industry is preferred.
. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and ESD control or in the related field preferred.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
. Trained in FMEA / DOE will be an added advantage.
. Knowledge of the ISO9001 system and supervisory skills is preferred.
. Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing is preferred.
