- Analyze system designs and review technical specifications.
- Prepare material submissions and technical drawings.
- Monitor project progress through regular site inspections and oversee subcontractors/internal workers to ensure efficiency and timely completion.
- Manage and control work progress, schedules, safety, and quality standards.
- Conduct system testing and commissioning, obtaining customer approval upon completion.
- Submit verification reports for completed work.
- Develop and implement programs to ensure the effective execution of projects.
- Coordinate departmental activities, attend meetings, and liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Oversee the installation of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems in commercial projects.
- Possess expertise in CCTV, card access systems, and related security technologies.
- Prepare drawings for submission and implementation.
- Handle site activities, coordination, and supervision related to engineering and system design.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
