Field & Systems Integration Engineer - WCAN

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and improve technical systems and prototypes.

• Create and maintain procedures for manufacturing, testing, and operations.

• Install, service, and maintain equipment or systems as required.

• Train staff on assembly, testing, and operational processes.

• Support software and hardware integration for smooth system performance.

• Maintain documentation and provide recommendations for process or design improvements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, offering feedback for optimization.

• Analyze system performance and suggest enhancements.

• Travel as needed for evaluations, installations, and training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn specialized software tools.

• Preferably over 1 year of relevant experience in electrical engineering or related roles.

• Proficiency in programming languages like C++, C#, or HDL

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

• Able to work independently or supervise project-based tasks when required.
