Job Summary
Field Support for project site installation, deployment, and maintenance work.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain infrastructure systems to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime
- Assist sales teams by providing accurate technical information and solution options for project proposals
- Conduct site surveys to evaluate project requirements and coordinate activities with clients and stakeholders
- Apply IT and networking expertise to support customer success and optimize communication solutions
- Drive to project sites using a Class 3 driving license to perform site surveys and manage project coordination
- Work alternate Saturdays (half-day) to meet project deadlines and support customer needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a Class 3 Driving License
- Possess technical certification or demonstrate equivalent working experience
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Training provided
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working with IT, network, surveillance, or communication systems
- Good knowledge of Linux-based operating systems
