Responsibilities
- Focus on the semiconductor industry, be responsible for the on-site installation, commissioning, daily maintenance and fault diagnosis of the company's vacuum pump products, ensuring the normal and stable operation of the equipment.
- Use professional technical capabilities to provide comprehensive professional technical services for semiconductor customers, quickly respond to various customer technical needs, efficiently solve problems encountered by customers during use, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collect operating data of vacuum pump equipment, conduct professional analysis and summary, and provide reliable data support and professional suggestions for equipment performance optimization and technical improvement.
- Establish good communication with the company's relevant departments such as sales, technology, and products, timely synchronize customer needs, equipment operation status and technical problems, and cooperate with cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the smooth progress of services.
- Communicate with semiconductor customers regularly, understand customer experience and potential needs, feedback problems encountered during equipment use, and help product optimization and business improvement.
Qualifications
- Possess a background in science and engineering-related majors, with a solid foundation in technical cognition; those familiar with semiconductor industry equipment-related knowledge are preferred.
- Have more than 5 years of relevant technical service experience in the semiconductor industry; those familiar with semiconductor vacuum pump products are preferred; those with after-sales service and equipment commissioning experience can be given priority.
- Proficient in using various office software (such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.), have certain PPT production and presentation capabilities, and can clearly convey equipment operation data, technical analysis results and work plans.
- Possess excellent information collection, sorting and analysis capabilities, and have clear and fluent language expression capabilities to efficiently meet internal and external communication needs and quickly respond to customer demands.
