Experience

. Preferable with technical application in Oil & Gas, Food and Mechanical industries: ≤ 2 years

Qualifications

. Diploma and/or Degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering disciplines

Responsibilities

. Responsible for installation, commissioning, repairing and maintenance jobs at customers sites
. Maintain work quality by providing efficient service and technical support to customers
. Liaise with customers and internal team related to technical, services and quotation issues
. Recommend essential maintenance and service solutions that optimize product performance
. Technical advisor to customers, identify & explaining necessary service requirements and upkeep
. Support sales to gain service and maintenance contract orders
. Provide product training to customers as and when required
. Strictly compliance to health and safety rules set
. Internal & external ad-hoc duties assigned by the Field Service Manager

Requirements

. Proficient with MS Office
. Must have Class 3/3A driving license
. Aptitude towards Technical & Engineering Field Service is necessary
. Strong in Communication, Analytical and Judgmental skills
. Knowledge of Pumps is an advantage but not mandatory
. Good Organization Skill, Team Player, Independently & Meticulous
