Field Service Technician

Responsibilities:
. Perform diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance of engines at customer's site.
. Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex cases when required.
. Complete service reports, maintenance records and related documentation accurately.
. Identify service opportunities and provide professional customer support.
. Maintain service tools and equipment in good working condition.
. Adhere to workplace safety, environmental and company policies.
. Attend training and support operational requirements, including emergency call-outs when necessary.

Requirements:
. Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
. At least 3 years of experience in engine maintenance, field service or related technical work
. Knowledge of marine, power generation or heavy equipment engines is preferred
. Electrical troubleshooting knowledge and site leadership experience are advantageous
. Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
. Singaporean only need apply
