About Puricare
Puricare is a trusted provider of water purification solutions in Singapore, delivering reliable systems and responsive service to homes and businesses. We are looking for a hands-on and customer-oriented Field & Service Technician to support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of water purification systems.
As a Field & Service Technician, you will:
Perform on-site troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of water purification systems (e.g., filtration systems and dispensers).
Conduct routine servicing, filter replacements, and preventive maintenance checks.
Diagnose system issues efficiently and recommend appropriate solutions.
Perform system testing, calibration, and quality checks after servicing.
Support installation and commissioning of new systems at customer sites.
Ensure installations are completed safely, neatly, and according to service standards.
Provide basic user guidance to customers on system usage and maintenance.
Communicate clearly with customers on-site to explain technical issues and product training.
Maintain professionalism and service excellence during all customer interactions.
Escalate complex issues to the service lead and coordinate follow-ups when required.
Update service reports, job checklists, and service logs accurately.
Record parts usage and identify replacement requirements.
Support stock/parts tracking and ensure tools are maintained in good working condition.
Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering or related field (preferred).
At least 1 year of field servicing / technician experience (training can be provided for candidates with positive and strong attitude).
Comfortable with hands-on work and travelling to customer sites.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with good time management.
Customer-focused, responsible, and professional.
Able to read and follow technical manuals and SOPs.
Basic documentation and reporting skills.
Experience in water filtration systems / dispensers / plumbing / electrical appliances.
Valid Class 2/3 driving licence (if role requires driving company vehicle).
Familiarity with Singapore residential and commercial servicing environments.
