JOB SUMMARY

We're in search of a dynamic and motivated Technician/Assistant Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to contractors and customers, ensuring the effective operation and performance of our system. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

. Provide technical phone support and other communication channels to contractors and customers, addressing technical queries or concerns.

. Conduct site measurements to assess and optimize system performance.

. Coordinate with customers and internal teams for site support and troubleshooting when required.

. Documentation of reports, internal knowledge sharing materials and training content.

. Carryout ad-hoc assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

. Always prioritize safety and actively participate in hazard identification and risk management activities.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

. Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.

. Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) or WSH Management in Construction Industry (BCSS)certification.

. Experience in ACMV systems, including troubleshooting and familiarity with BMS, is an advantage.

JOB-RELATED SKILLS & PRE-REQUISITES

. Good command of written and spoken English, with strong computer literacy.

. Results-oriented, with the ability to define problems, exercise sound judgement, and take initiative to develop practical solutions independently.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with contractors/customers, providing high quality technical support.

. Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.

. Possession of a valid Class3 or 3A driving license will be an advantage.

. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as an effective team player.
