Field Service Technician (Laser Equipment)

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission and test laser cutting and engraving machines.
• Perform servicing, preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults at customer sites.
• Replace components and perform machine calibration.
• Provide basic operator training and technical support to customers.
• Prepare service reports and support workshop repairs when required.
• Travel to customer sites across Singapore.

Requirements

• Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Automation or related fields.
• Experience with industrial machinery, CNC, automation or laser equipment is an advantage.
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to customer sites.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply. Training provided.
