Key Responsibilities
- Execute installation, commissioning, and on-site training per project requirements.
- Provide prompt after-sales support, troubleshooting, and field service to ensure equipment readiness.
- Support service and maintenance for a wide range of diesel generator sets.
- Deliver technical training to distributors and dealers to improve service capability.
- Maintain updated technical and training documentation.
- Manage key customer issues and ensure complete resolution.
- Support factory testing for special projects.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Handle warranty-related technical support cases.
- Carry out additional service and training duties as required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Willing to travel frequently across Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia regions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a task-oriented mindset.
- Customer-focused with strong interest in power generation products.
- Experience with diesel engines (e.g., MHI, MTU, John Deere, Volvo) is an advantage.
