Job Summary
You will maintain and service automated packaging machinery, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, and train operators to ensure minimal production downtime and optimal machine performance.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and service production machinery and equipment according to planned schedules
- Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul fruits packing, packaging, and food processing machinery, including part replacements
- Independently diagnose and resolve machinery breakdowns to minimize production downtime, collaborating with senior colleagues as needed
- Calibrate, install, and commission new packing and packaging machinery and equipment
- Deliver technical and operational training on machinery and equipment to operators for safe and efficient use
- Manage inventory of common spare parts to maintain safety stock levels
- Monitor and track maintenance service agreement renewals with customers
Required competencies and certifications
- Professional Certificate or NITEC in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent
- Proficient written and spoken English and conversational Chinese

- Diploma holders without prior work experience are encouraged to apply
