Field Service Technician

We serve many market segments including manufacturing, Logistics, Oil & Gas, Offshore marine, F&B and many more. We also provide customized weighing solutions with hardware and software integration.

We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Field Service Technician to perform installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment at customer premises.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and commissioning of equipment

• Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration
  Troubleshoot and rectify faults.

• Prepare service reports and job documentation

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirement and quality standards

• Provide professional technical support and maintain good customer relationships

Requirements

• Singaporean

• Minimum Nitec in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field

• Possess valid Class 3 driving licence

• Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems

• Independent, responsible, and customer-oriented

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in field servicing, calibration, or technical maintenance

• Familiar with industrial equipment or weighing systems (advantageous)

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Hands-on, positive attitude and willing to learn
